My bestie and I spent four days at The Lookout. The house was beautifully presented with a modern and stylish decor. The location was perfect, offering stunning sea views from the lounge. The facilities were excellent, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the frozen loafs of bread in the freezer and the fully stocked supplies. The hosts were lovely and welcoming, even leaving us small gifts on arrival. a perfect base for exploring the area and a highly recommended accommodation option.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The house was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and there were even treats provided for our furry friend. The sea view from the lounge was absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evenings listening to the waves. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and close proximity to local amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Honestly, it's hard to think of anything negative about our stay. If I had to nitpick, the steps to the beach were a bit steep, but it was a small price to pay for such a beautiful location.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Lookout! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spotlessly clean property and the fresh scent that greeted us. The attention to detail was impeccable, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Despite the weather not being great, we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking in the stunning views. The Prosecco, flowers, and biscuits were a lovely touch, and the host was friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for exploring the North Norfolk coast, and we will definitely be returning.

Wow! Our New Year's stay exceeded all expectations! The house and garden were beautifully lit, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail was impeccable - the kitchen was a dream for any aspiring chef or baker, and the views were simply breathtaking. We loved being able to easily access the nearby beach, and the proximity to other coastal towns and attractions was a major plus. The host, Bev, was incredibly helpful with recommendations and made us feel right at home. We're already planning our next trip and hoping for sunny weather!
Honestly, we couldn't find a single thing to fault about this property. It was in pristine condition and clearly well-maintained.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic accommodation in a wonderful location. The villa was beautifully decorated and maintained to the highest standard. The villa was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, making my stay incredibly relaxing. The view of the sea was just breathtaking. The attention to detail, from the Christmas decorations to the provision of blankets and toys for my dog, made this place truly special. I couldn't ask for a better dog-friendly property. The local pub and nearby beach made it even more convenient. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who loves their dogs and wants a five-star experience.

The property had stunning views of the sea and was beautifully decorated with quality furnishings. It was also well equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay.
It was difficult to find any negative aspects about the property. The only drawback may be if you have mobility issues, as accessing the beach required navigating steep steps or a ramp.

We got incredible value for our money at The Lookout Villa. The room was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with a sunny balcony overlooking the sea where we enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine. The staff treated us like royalty, making us feel completely welcome and ensuring our stay was memorable.
The only thing that could make the breakfast option better would be a wider variety of pastries to choose from.
